Play other side

Cassette_1_2 Cassette_2_2

Far be it from me to want to replicate the incredible cassette designs of Andrea Joseph, but i couldn't ignore this little companion today.  It has been sitting in my classroom for months and it is now time to put it away until next school year, as my Seniors have taken their Advanced Placement test in French.  Ciao, petite cassette.  See you in September.  Pen and colored pencil.

NO WAY! You won't believe what I drew yesterday. This is too spooky. I'll post it when I finish it. Then you'll see what I mean.

Lovely drawings. And, thanks for the name check!

I love this drawing! I taught AP Art History up to a few years ago, and I used a slide projector, not digital images. Continuity across subject areas, right?

The end of the year is always exciting, but sad. Enjoy your last few weeks.

**Now I want to draw my slides.

Lovely, lovely.

Just looking at the cassette stirs up all kinds of memories. It's amazing how ancient these now are. I'm thinking about how one could make a cool art piece out of a bunch of them. Hmmm...possible summer project?

Hope the unpacking is going well...

this is just great!
You make the drawings look so real!!!
I just love it:)

Ahh I love tapes. I enjoy drawing them too. It's been ears since I played one though.
