My sketchbook is not seeing much action these days and this blog will be running on two cylinders for a while.

Congratulations! I understand how exciting it is having a baby, my wife is infanticipating too. I assume your blog will be flooded with cute drawings of little Nora as you find a renewed inspiration. Speaking of inspiration, I have been following your blog and I find your passion in drawing inspirational. Love 'em all!

Congratulations. It's the most creative thing that you'll ever do! One tip though, if you normally spend half an hour or more on a drawing, just be happy with spending five minutes on a drawing. I think it's better to draw regularly in the few minutes of available time, than to give up for years because you can't get the time that you've been used to. (This comes from a mother of 4 who hardly drew for 20 years, but who is now fitting it in around a job, teenagers and a six year old)

So SO sweet! Congratulations, France - I'm sure that baby Nora will provide much inspiration alongside the exhaustion...take care of yourself and you'll take care of her so much better!

Ooh, it gives me goosebumps!! So, so sweet!
It's my biggest regret I only sketched my eldest once, and my second not at all, when they were babies (listen to Julie!) so I'm thrilled you are already doing this!
