The amazing Paper app for the iPad reminds me to keep things simple, whenever I think I don't have time to draw. These are just quick sketches of our kitty Peaches, who was purring like an old diesel engine.

Hi France,
I'm really enjoying looking at your iPad drawings. Can I ask a question? Do you use a stylus and if so, which one? I have one and it does not make smooth lines, it's all jumpy and jagged. Anyway, that's my question. Thanks for posting your drawings!

Hi Jill -- when I use a stylus (which I did on most of the drawings below -- but not for the kitty drawing for some reason!), I use a Targus. It's not ideal because it doesn't glide as well as the tip of a finger on the surface of the iPad, but it's decent. They are sold pretty much everywhere.
