One more from our Moleskine Exchange posse. Miguel's Moley is now in the Seattle area. Since i lost a bunch of files in the demise of my once trusty laptop, i had to ask Gabi to send me his scan of my drawing. I went through my share of anxiety having to follow up on Andrea's buttons. I wanted to draw some of my books, because i think book spines are irresistibly photogenic, standing there on the shelf. But i also thought they didn't blend well with Andrea's sumptuous buttons. I still don't think they do. But there they are.
On a funny note: one has to tilt one's head to the right to read the spines of books published in the UK and the US, and tilt it to the left to read the spine of most books published in France -- which makes for some goofy-looking shelves.
